“When you feel optimistic your metabolic rate can rise & you can lose weight eating the same amount. When you feel pessimistic your metabolic rate can fall & you can gain weight eating the same amount of food. If you're not fulfilled & you feel stressed you can sometimes eat to calm yourself & sedate your inner frustration. Setting realistic expectations on self & others helps reduce stress & moderates eating patterns.”
